Create your own custom tea blend. My absolute favorite thing about working in herbalism is formulating blends to support the health and wellness goals of my clients.

In this 50-minute session, we’ll talk through what’s going on in your body and your life right now: your energy, your sleep, your stress, whatever brought you here. I listen closely, then formulate a blend made specifically for you.

Choose Your Format

All three are the same 50-minute session at the same price. Pick whichever suits you.

•      In person. We meet at a coffee shop in Leucadia, CA. I’ll confirm the spot once you book.

•      Zoom. A link comes with your booking confirmation.

•      Telephone. I’ll call you at the number you provide.

What’s Included

•      A 50-minute session where we talk through your health and wellness goals.

•      One 12 oz. bag of loose-leaf herbal tea, custom formulated based on that conversation. About a 30-day supply.

•      Brewing and daily ritual guidance for your blend.

•      A short intake questionnaire sent by email beforehand, so we can dive straight in.

•      All W+S products are infused with intentional Reiki energy.

Practical Details

What you do: Book your session, choose your format and fill out the short intake questionnaire I email you.

What I do: Listen, formulate your blend, infuse it with Reiki energy and get it to you with brewing and ritual guidance.

Scheduling: Sessions are held on weekends, with weeknight availability by special request.

Your blend: Ready within 5 to 7 business days. Local pickup in Encinitas, or shipping for an additional fee.

Rescheduling and cancellations: Give me at least 24 hours’ notice and your $130 goes toward your next booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.
