Select this option to purchase and schedule your first-time one-on-one herbal consultation with our herbalist. Sessions are approximately one hour long. You will be prompted to provide your phone number and email address with order; and contacted by phone to schedule a meetup date and time. Herbal consultations typically occur on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Special requests for other days & times can be arranged.
What to expect:
We will meet in person at a local coffee shop for approximately one hour. In that time, together we will review your wellness questionnaire (to be completed prior to the appointment) and any health goals, identify areas for improvement, and discuss which plant allies might benefit you the most.
Our herbalist will then, with care and intention, develop your personalized custom tea blend designed to support and enhance your specific goals. As a finishing touch, each tea bag is lovingly infused with light and positive energy.
Your tea bags will be ready for local pickup or drop-off within 5 calendar days.

Included with your Initial Consultation is one 24-ounce bag (about 30 days’ worth) of organic loose-leaf tea.
What’s next:
Once the initial formulation is complete, any tea refills may be purchased at your convenience in our online shop. Navigate to the Shop, select the My Custom Blend Refill option and be sure to enter the name of the blend you would like to refill—it’s on the back of the bag.
We then suggest at least one follow-up consultation to evaluate the progress of what you’ve been working on, or book monthly follow-ups to keep the momentum going! At every follow-up consultation we will offer you the option to tweak, reformulate or create another new custom tea blend. Our goal is to make herbal medicine a ritual and foundational support system in your life.
