In a Holistic Wellness Session, we slow down together. We look at your health history, your goals and where your body might be asking for attention. Not to fix or diagnose, but to listen and build a foundation you can actually sustain.
You'll leave with a custom herbal tea blend formulated specifically for you, along with the understanding of why those plant allies were chosen and how to work with them daily.
Pre-session intake questionnaire: Completed before we meet so we can use our time together wisely.
60-minute one-on-one session: Virtual or in-person in Encinitas. We'll review your wellness foundations, discuss your personal health goals and explore where lifestyle shifts might support you.
Your custom herbal tea blend: Formulated based on our conversation and your unique needs.
Written summary: Your plant allies, their traditional uses and why they were selected for you.
Brewing and ritual guidance: Simple practices to help you build relationship with your blend.

Format: Virtual or in-person (Encinitas, CA)
Custom blend pickup: Local pickup in Encinitas. Virtual clients receive their blend by mail (shipping fee applies).
Booking: After purchase, you'll receive a link to schedule your session and complete your intake questionnaire.
What happens after I book? You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your session and complete your intake questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire at least 48 hours before our session.
Can I request changes to my blend after trying it? Yes. Adjustments can be made during a follow-up session.
I'm not local. Can I still book? Absolutely. Virtual sessions are available and your custom blend will be shipped to you (shipping fee applies at checkout or invoiced separately).
