In this 50-minute session, we'll talk through what's going on in your body and your life right now: your energy, your sleep, your stress, whatever brought you here. I listen closely, then formulate a blend made specifically for you.
What you'll receive
A 12oz loose-leaf herbal tea blend, infused with Reiki and custom formulated based on your personal health and wellness goals. It comes with brewing and daily ritual guidance.
Before we meet
You'll fill out a short intake questionnaire via email beforehand, so when we sit down together, we can dive straight in. I'm here to educate and to introduce you to plant allies suited to your goals. I don't diagnose or prescribe.
Location and virtual details
Sessions are held on weekends, with weeknight availability by special request. All sessions are in-person, held in Leucadia, CA, with the exact address sent once you book. Virtual sessions and other special accommodations may be available upon request. Your custom blends are ready for local pickup (or ship out for an additional fee for virtual sessions) within 5-7 business days.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Need to change your time? Give me at least 24 hours’ notice and your $130 goes toward your next booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.
