In a world that pulls us in a thousand directions, this is your invitation to stop, breathe and be held by other women who get it.
Who: This gathering is for women and teens (14+) craving real connection. Time and space to be together without interruptions from kids, work, chores or the ping of another notification. If you're running on empty and starving for sisterhood, this is for you.
What: A quarterly women's circle built on presence, laughter and honest conversation. Each gathering will have a theme and may include guest facilitators from our community: sound healers, yoga instructors, naturopathic doctors, spiritual practitioners and bold women doing meaningful work in the world. I'll open each circle with herbal education and serve a tea blend crafted specifically for that gathering's intention.
Topics we'll explore together: relationships, health, spirituality, creativity, money, purpose and whatever else is on our hearts. This isn't a networking event. It's not group therapy. It's women coming together in community, drinking tea, being real.
When: Quarterly, day and time TBD. Approximately two hours. By signing up, you're setting aside this time as a gift to yourself.
Where: TBD (local Encinitas venue)

A note for teens: Women and teens (14+) are welcome. Teens may attend independently or alongside a parent or guardian. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have reviewed the event details and consent to their teen's participation.
How We Gather:

We welcome all women as they are
No alcohol. No childcare available. Just us.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds available up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee. If you need to transfer your spot, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with the name of your replacement.
Come as you are. If life is full of chaos and the best you can do is drag yourself through the door, there's a tea for that.
